Dispensary Changes – Information for our Patients
LUNCH TIME CLOSURE FROM FEBRUARY 2025
From Monday 3rd February, the dispensary at Staithe Surgery will be closed over the lunch period for 2 hours between 12.30pm and 2.30pm. You will not be able to collect your medications from inside the surgery during this time.
DISPENSARY MEDICATION COLLECTION MACHINE
The dispensary machine located outside at the front of the surgery, is available for medication collections 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so if you are not already using this, please ask our dispensary clerks who will be able to set this up for you.

DISPENSARY QUERY LINE
The dispensary phone line for medication related queries will continue to operate between the hours of 2pm-5pm. The telephone number is 01692 582023 or phone the main surgery number and select option 2.
ORDERING YOUR MEDICATIONS VIA THE NHS APP
The easiest way to order your medications is via the NHS App and we encourage all our patients to sign up for this service. For more information, please visit https://www.nhs.uk/nhs-app/
The NHS App can be used to view your records, test results and appointments too!
HELP WITH THE NHS APP
We will be holding an NHS App Clinic on Monday 18th February, 9am-11am at the surgery. During this time, you will be able to call in for more information and for assistance with setting up the App on your mobile device. Please bring your mobile device and your photo ID (please bring 2 forms of ID if you are able e.g. passport/driving licence) if you would like help setting this up.
We will look to organise more of these sessions in the future if helpful.
